Michael Picornell

Michael is a versatile civil litigation, subrogation, and products liability attorney with experience in state and federal courts. Michael’s practice focuses on civil litigation, subrogation, insurance, complex litigation matters, as well as warranty, commercial contract, and personal injury claims.

Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his undergraduate degree. He later received his juris doctorate from the School of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michael is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Washington D.C. Bar, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Michael is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and in North Carolina, including all state courts and the Eastern, Middle, and Western Federal District Courts in North Carolina

Prior to joining our firm, Michael gained valuable experience working as a paralegal and as an attorney in both private law offices and in public institutions.
