William L. Nimick

Bill's practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, workers' compensation, wills and trusts, violations of the North Carolina Motor Vehicle Code including traffic tickets, and subrogation.  He has experience drafting wills and other estate planning documents and instruments.  Bill can also assist with health care powers of attorney and health care directives.  

Bill graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law.

Bill is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, and other professional organizations and associations.  He is licensed to practice in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in North Carolina, and Bill is also licensed to practice in every state court in North Carolina.
